What are Pre-Orders and why do I want to purchase a Pre-Order item? Over the years our customers would get so upset when they missed out on an item that sold out. We don’t like to see our customers sad so we came up with the perfect solution… Pre-orders! A Pre-order is offered on popular items for each season and allows everyone a chance to purchase the item without it selling out. The time is limited on Pre-Orders so when the Pre-Order closes the item will no longer be available. Once it closes we get busy manufacturing the order and get it shipped out to you based on the ship date listed on the Pre-Order. Our customers have LOVED this over the years and we know you all will too!
