Returns Policy

Please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@southerntots.com within 3 days of delivery of your order.  Include your name, email address used for the purchase, order number and detailed description of your issue. Please attach a picture of the defect if at all possible.

Certain policies do apply:

  • All sales are Final! Only defective items or items shipped in error may be exchanged.
  • We will not accept any item that has been worn, soiled or that does not have the original packaging or tags attached to it.
  • You must contact Customer Service at customerservice@southerntots.com and request authorization and instructions before we will process your exchange.
  • Any item received by us without authorization will be returned to the sender at the customers expense.
  • Personalized items can NOT be returned or exchanged. It is the customer’s responsibility to double check and verify monograms and personalization before checkout and on invoices before paying. Please note that our standard monogram format is: first name, last name and middle name. Therefore, we monogram Addison Lane Jernigan as AJL. Please type initials in the correct order when purchasing. By paying your invoice you are confirming that the size, color, style and personalization on your item(s) are correct.
  • If your item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and keep the item along with the original package you received it in.
  • All exchanges must be received back to Southern Tots within 10 business days. If your exchange is received after that a store credit may be issued in place of an exchange.
  • Please note that sizes may vary and color on your screen may not be the exact color you receive due to differences in screen resolution or fabric dye lots.
  • Southern Tots is NOT responsible for shipping issues due to customer error or for items lost in transit. Please double check your mailing address, style, size, color and monogram before you complete your purchase. If UPS or USPS shows delivery confirmation, a replacement order will not be shipped.

Shipping
Here at Southern Tots we process orders daily and ship all in-stock items from our warehouse. In stock items ship in 7-10 business days. Personalized and monogrammed items ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. We offer flat rate $5.00 shipping on all website orders, excluding international orders. Please inquire for international rates. Orders are shipped by UPS and USPS mail and a shipping notification e-mail is sent to you when your order has shipped. Order tracking information is sent in the shipping notification e-mail. Items listed as PRE-ORDER are shipped as soon as they become in-stock from the manufacturer and available. Expected ship dates for Pre-Orders are listed on the website in each item listing under “Availability” and under “Terms and Conditions” on invoices. When Payment is made on a Pre-order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order policy. We are not accepting rush order requests at this time and do not provide expedited delivery. We do ship within the United States and to Military APO’s.
